One of the cutest little hotels me and my partner stayed at on our Vietnam trip. Rooms were huge, the staff was super friendly and even has a little rooftop pool to cool off during the insanely hot afternoons here! Also can’t fail to mention washer and dryer laundry machines in unit! Only a ten minute walk to Ancient Town, so perfect to get away from the noise but not too far away where it’s inconvenient.

Great hotel, cool apartment with great styling. Modern boho, cool furniture. Loved the balcony with French doors. Lots of plants. Apartment we had included a well stocked kitchen. Not that we cooked. Pretty quite street with great coffee shops. The best bit was lovely LEE at the front desk. So kind and helpful. Free bikes to use too and all so affordable. Plus the boys is the rooftop pool. Highly recommend this place.

A nice apartment close to Hoi An ancient town (around 1 km) . One of the few place in Hoi An have large parking lot. A lovely rooftop pool and a free bike. The apartment is fully equipped, including a dryer for clothing.

Lovely little apartment. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely. Great location, just 5 minutes into town. They have bikes you can use for free. 2 things let it down. There is a cafe across the street that starts playing classical music at 6am which made it hard for me to get back to sleep and the windows were covered up in a opaque sticker (to keep out the heat) however this means there is no natural light unless you open the windows. I don't regret staying here but I don't think we would go back.

It’s suitable for 2 persons with all basic stuff for you to cook or clothes washing. Especially they have clothes dryer which is good and fast. The staff is nice and friendly, not quite far ancient town.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
