I only ate at this restaurant and all I can say is WOW. The food was amazing! I had the pasta which is native to Matera (ask the waiter for this) and it was outstanding. My partner who is vegetarian had limited options but they went out of their way to ensure they could make something bespoke for her. Food was amazing and so was the view. I’d recommend booking before if you’d want a seat with a view. Prices were slightly higher than expected but it was definitely a premium restaurant which came with a premium price.

This review is based exclusively on the experience at the quarry lounge. Visited for the first time in Sept 2023 Loved the service , the quality of food is first class. My partner and I had the fish platter from the pre 7.30pm menu - outstanding options - wasn’t cheap but tasted delicious Ordered two martini cocktails - lovely Service from the bar - lovely Service from Marco and Guiseppe was outstanding . So friendly welcoming and warm. Marco who was serving us we as so nice and was able to cater to all of our specific needs. The views are some of the best from a terrace in Matera . Service hospitality and food are highly recommended, including reviews. This is a must place to visit.

We just had an aperitivo in the terrace here before dinner at a different place. But the drinks were good and the view was stunning. Here you get a view to the Sassi area, the rock church Chiesa Rupestre di Santa Maria di Idris and the ravine. Absolutely a great place to sit down to enjoy a drink with a view!

We stopped for an appetizer, ordered the appetizer option with a mix of five land options and five sea options + the drinks and it was the most delicious food ever!!! Super recommend!!! Location is also pretty amazing with a very good view of the city! Service impeccable!! Nice Nice Nice! 🤩🤩🤩

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
