Provided excellent accommodation for our 2 day visit to Newport. Personnel were very pleasant. We had a 1 bed flat. I understand another floor is soon to be converted to similar apartments. Thanks.

The bed was sagging through in the middle by several inches, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. There is no fresh air inlet in the bedroom. To get fresh air, one has to run two very noisy fans, one to get air into living room, and the other to move air from living room into bedroom. When switching off the fans, it gets hot and stuffy very quickly. So you can choose between very noisy or very stuffy. The bathroom had a light sewage smell, and the fridge was in a state. The parking garage was very dark and stank from urine. We cancelled our planned 4 night stay after the first night, when we were unable to get any sleep due to the uncomfortable bed and noisy fan/stuffy and hot temperature. Fortunately, we got refunded for this horrible experience.
