This is my judgement without knowing its price and thing. It happened I crashed here for two nights, and my impression is not good. The room is kinda smaller than my own boarding house room. It has stinky smell, like a dead rat and it hasn't been fully removed, but there is no rat in the room. Breakfast is not the one you'd be looking for! They didn't have toaster or a simple bread and there's no milk, but they have tea and coffee, which is kinda acceptable. It was my worse hotel-experience; even Batam would do better at same level. One thing that I found good is simply across the street to visit Thamrin City-Cosmo Terrace and stuff.

It's a budget accommodation around Tanah Abang. It's very close to two main shopping place, Thamrin City and Tanah Abang. That's the main reason why people chose tho stay to this hotel. The hotel might be classified as "Melati Class Hotel" (non star accomodation). It is a Standar accomodation with 4 store building facilitated by elevator.

Hotel Quds has quite cozy rooms (standar deluxe type). They have enough service for people who want to take a rest for a night. I've tried sleep one night in that hotel used Deluxe room. Delux type, They have laundry (you must pay for it of course), fast Wifi, breakfast (Standart Indonesian people food, coffee, tea, and dessert) , clean bedroom, TV. But not recomend for family group. It's suitable with someone who have business in a town and stay for one to two days.

They have good staff with nice service. Rooms are small and do not have a good view, the bathrooms have bad odour.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
