Cozy lodging at a fair price. The property was clean and well cared for, and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well - we particularly enjoyed hanging out with Rhys. Would definitely stay here again!

Some friends of mine and I (from the U.S.) were staying here for a trip as we visited Europe. Rooms were well kept and at a great price. Bar had great choices at some hella good prices. The staff was all around great from bar tenders to the manager. I really enjoyed being able to sit down, have a drink, and have a nice conversation with the staff, other travlers, and even other locals. When it came to our experiences in London, I kid you not, this was one of the best.

Great place for a simple yet clean environment. Cleaned daily and the staff are very friendly. It's basic but that is what you're paying for. The pub downstairs is great to hang in and play darts. Also this place has the cheapest and best tasting pint of Guinness in all of England. Always cold and in clean glasses. Also not 1 bed bug during the bed bug pandemic of 2023.

My stay at Queen Elizabeth Hostel and Pub left me with mixed feelings. While the pub and restaurant offered a satisfactory experience with good food and drinks, the same can't be said for the room conditions. The accommodation fell short of expectations, with room cleanliness and maintenance concerns. It seemed like the facility could use some refurbishment and attention to detail to enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, the feeling of security was lacking, which was a notable downside. This aspect is crucial for a comfortable stay, and unfortunately, it didn't meet the standard I anticipated. In summary, the Queen Elizabeth Hostel and Pub might be suitable for those primarily looking for a pub experience, but improvements in room quality and security measures would significantly enhance the overall guest satisfaction.

Honestly some of the friendliest staff I've come across. Just an easy going bunch of people, Zoe was so helpful behind the bar. It's not a fancy hostel by any means but it's clean and has great energy. Cheers guys :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
