        Easy Check in. Good size clean rooms. Housekeeping team was excellent. Special mention to Rizwan and Islam at reception and Laurence the security guy; very professional, polite and friendly people. QPH must reward them for their extraordinary service. Walkable distance to eateries and malls. Overall a perfect stay.

        The staff were friendly and porter was helpful. The check in process was very quick. However the hotel itself is not 4 star, it was not clean, there was mould and grout in the bathroom. The bathroom also smelt like drain/poo. Furthermore when we checked in there was no towels in the room (and we checked in late after a long flight) but the housekeeping staff quickly tried to resolve the issue. The WiFi is very very poor. The hotel itself was very noisy with nightclubs on the top floor and the hotel had ladies with inappropriate clothing/drunk and screaming outside the hotel. This is not a family friendly hotel and it is not four stars. Thank you to the staff who work hard.

        The worst place I ever booked by unfortunate mistake. The price is an average but! Dirty rooms, stinking bathrooms, night club inside of the hotel and noise until 4am. Noisy people with an inappropriate behavior. Even Wi-Fi is working very poor. I can not even name it as a hotel, one star is to much for it.

        Fresh and clean rooms, loved the place and location was good for the business I was conducting . The staff was helpful and fast . Though didn't know hotels don't have flat iron, I wanted to iron my folded dress but could not find . However highly recommended.

        🌟🌟🌟🌟 We recently had an exceptional stay at the exquisite Queens Palace Abu Dhabi. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff who made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. The room was elegantly furnished and impeccably clean, providing all the comforts one could wish for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Throughout my stay, I couldn't help but notice the attention to detail and dedication of the staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently situated near popular attractions and public transportation, making it easy to navigate the city. Our overall experience at Queens Palace was nothing short of extraordinary, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. I'm already looking forward to returning on my next visit to this beautiful city.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
