We stayed here with my boyfriend during our weekend visit in Budapest. I have to say that hotel has amazing location, with walking distance from city centre and all great places. Good thing is that you can also use parking in garage and there is no need to worry about your car during the trip. Staff was really amazing with nice customer service. Room was amazing, very tidy and clean. Same applies for rest of hotel, wellness included. We will for sure coming back soon! Thank you for great hospitality and experience! 🫶

I have been in this hotel for holiday in low season. The hotel is not far from the city center and easily reached by walk. The room I have got was amazing, it was a mini luxury apartment with big bathroom with shower, main room with kitchen and mini-bar, and bedroom with very comfortable bed. Any room has its own TV with main national channels and Netflix. But the best part was the spa facilities, the description in booking dot com doesn't describe the facility properly, but the hotel contains its own swimming pool, Jacuzzi with 39 degree water and sauna. On the top of the swimming pull there is a small but very well equipped gym. I really enjoyed stay there and I think I will be back one day.

I adored this hotel and could have stayed forever. It was really beautiful and in a great location. The room had everything we needed for a week long stay. My one complaint was housekeeping didn’t really do the dishes (or empty, run the dishwasher) but everything else was so great- it still gets five stars!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. They genuinely were at hand at all times, took care of us throughout our stay and were super accommodating. We stayed in a suite, the room was ridiculously clean, had all amenities and the room service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel as there was not a single thing I could fault. I am so glad I booked this hotel. Thank you to the team!x

I felt like once the receptionist realised we are Hungarian her attitude has changed. She was rolling her eyes when at check out she wanted to charge us for breakfast and I told her we havent had breakfast. Wifi connection was extrmelly bad and the window handle was broken. Other than that we had a good time there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
