Great location in a quiet district (despite the fact that it is the center), very close to the underground and bus stops. Very clean room, perfectly equipped. The room even had an iron and ironing board, coffee, tea, towels, a hair dryer, and sets of soaps and bath liquids in the bathroom. Contact with the landlords perfect and immediate - everything beautifully explained. The apartment is perfect, we will definitely come back. Greetings to the owners!

Before you rent please read this info for your help 1-The costumer service is bad they don’t reply it takes them days to reply 2-NO NO elevator, so if you have luggage don’t come here 3-very very old building, dirty, not clean VERY VERY VERY noisy you can’t sleep without ears blocking noise 4-No air conditioner, TOO HOT THE BED IS SO BAD YOU CAN FEEL THE METTLE INSIDE IT VERY OLD MATTRESS

I deserve two stars for the proximity to the station and facilities, but there is no elevator. The stairs are very tiring. Be careful, take a room on the third floor. You will regret it very much, because the stairs are tired, there is no elevator, and the room is very small.

+ nice employees + completely new furnishings + modern + very clean + great kitchenette + sufficient size + free WiFi + right next to Hyde Park + directly at several tube stations + walking distance to many attractions The only disadvantage: windows are not insulated. They run hard when it rains and it can get quite loud at night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
