Beautiful, different accommodation in Nuwara Eliya. Feels like sleeping in a cabin, and you almost forget that you are in Sri Lanka. The rooms where big and the bed was comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful.

For a person who loves nature, this place was it! The lovely bamboo built rooms surrounded with trees outside and inside with an attic, the cosy beds, the not a gigantic place vibe, rather a quiet getaway right in the middle of the town was all we could ask for! The people running this place are very cordial and they will cater to all ur needs. With the right dreamy weather, this place ticked off all the boxes for me! Surely visiting again!

There was absolutely nothing to complain about and it’s a steal for the price. A family room can accommodate 4 people and it includes a beautiful attic. Rooms are well heated. The place is well taken care of and the service was great as well. We stayed on BB basis and though the breakfast wasn’t the best it was still acceptable. The biggest plus point is that it is in the heart of the town so it’s easy to walk to any landmarks. Cannot recommend this enough.

I am very happy to be able to spend our vacation as needed in our busy life. The room was very comfortable. It was more luxurious than I expected. Despite the cold environment, it was very easy to sleep. Talking about the food, the food was very delicious and fresh. They always provided everything we needed. I wish I could have stayed longer.....😥

They serve a good steak in gravy. The restaurant serves deliciously fresh food. The beef in Newara Eliya is worth trying here. Beef from other parts of Sri Lanka tends to be more tough.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
