The hotel has many advantages: 1. Location is great- middle of Schoenberg, close to all bars and cafes 2. There are many types of rooms. Make sure you know what you order. We had the king room with a balcony. Very spacious and nicely designed. Comfortable bed, good AC. 3. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Amit the manager is doing everything to make you pleased and so does Flory with a big smile. 4. Yes there are some maintenance issues with the hotel but all and all the staff is doing above and beyond in order to help I would stay again

Pros: - great location, surrounded by many bars and shops, a short walk from nolledorfplatz - air conditioning which worked well - nice looking room, overall clean - nice decor outside of the room - great water pressure in shower - friendly 24h receptionists Cons: - complimentary toiletries were not restocked after the last guest, half empty shampoo and shower gel were left lying around the room - room was quite small, but plenty of space for two people and their bags - shower is not watertight, so bathroom floor gets flooded every time - no privacy in bathroom- glass door with no lock, and glass wall with partially transparent blinds. Not recommended to share a room unless travelling with a partner Overall I would definitely book here again, for the location and room quality the price is reasonable and I had only some small complaints

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed it. Floor was sticky when I walked into my room. The wifi doesn’t reach the basement rooms at all. And when I asked to have my room cleaned 3x on 3 separate occasions, it was never done. Not even the towels changed. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
