        Fantastic location, clean and comfortable rooms with a nice amount of space, all for a fair price! We stayed in one of the superior one beds, although it was just 2 of us. It's worth noting that for those who utilise the sofa bed, the blind between the bedroom and lounge is see-through (see pics), so it won't be overly private. This wasn't an issue for us at all. We really loved having the separate sitting area. It's always nice in a hotel to have somewhere other than the bed to sit and relax in. The kitchen was well stocked, although we only used it for drinks. We did find the pillows a little on the hard side, although this didn't stop us getting a good night's sleep. There is a safe in the cupboard in the bedroom should you need it. The room is nice and quiet, despite being in the centre of Liverpool. The shower was slightly strange in that the main overhead shower had fantastic water pressure, but the handheld attachment was very weak. We noticed a door that we assume led to next door to create adjoining rooms if required. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be heading back in the future.

        The location of this hotel is great, situated in the city centre, easy to live in and conveniently close to every attraction. The room was also very nice, comfortable and clean. A special mention to the receptionist Mrs Ploy who was very friendly and helpful and made it very convenient for me, thank you very much. If I come back to Liverpool I will definitely choose this hotel again.

        Location is perfect and the staff are really friendly and professional. We booked a studio apartment which was a lot smaller than it looks on the photos. We were only staying 2 nights so wasn’t much of an issue. The aircon is noisy and didn’t really work properly. The wardrobe doors are really awkward and you can’t get in one side easily. Overall for this price bracket stayed in nicer apartments. Having said this, would probably still stay here again just for the location.

        The location of this hotel is great, situated in the city centre, easy to live in and conveniently close to every attraction. The room was also very nice, comfortable and clean.         It’s 3.52pm and there is a long q yet the rooms are all still not ready knowing that today is game day and check in time is at 3pm. We even saw so many families come in again and their rooms are not ready still and they had to place their luggages in the storage room. Spoke to some and said they have been waiting since 1pm only to be given a room at 4.10pm . Another has waited for 5 hours and still no rooms yet. Receptionist can even say oh the help is just going to go and quickly clean the toilet and room in 15 minutes. When we asked how long will it take, receptionist said she really doesn’t know.Depends on housekeeping. Really falls below expectations. Honestly there should at least be some damage recovery especially since we pay to check in at 3pm and still waiting after 1 hour 15 minutes. We finally good our rooms at 5pm Also don’t bother to add breakfast It was just juice and biscuits delivered to front of your door.

        Stayed there from 9th to 10th in Room 514. It's a clean room with a small kitchen space. Airco is pretty noisy. Even sometimes after. I turned it off. Fridge makes some noise, too. Since I had a late starting day I planned to shower in the morning right before leaving the room. Unfortunately the shower was not working and I was unable to change the shower from hot temperature. Being a little short on time I just finished my other routines and checked out. The lady on the checkout asked me after I reported that: Was it too hot? How would she guess? Did the last guest Report that, too? And: Did you contact us? I dislike this question because it transfers responsibility for lacking service to me. No it's not my job as a guest to check the correct operations of a hotel room. And when I undressed and want to shower I do not want to have calls with someone to be helped. I want to be able to do my private routines without any disturbances. Neither writing this nor fighting with the hotel makes my life a bit better. But maybe any reader benefits from this poor experience. Guess next time I will pick another place in Liverpool.
