Good location and incredibly friendly and hospitable service. However, the rooms were a bit lacklustre as the room we stayed in had a shower faucet that was a bit broken making it hard to get the right pressure and temperature of the water. There were 1 or 2 crickets in the room we stayed in but it didn’t bother us as we were pretty close to the ground floor.

I stayed here for 3-nights. The room was immaculate and had everything you could ever need. Service was wonderful and the location is prime. It's near EVERYTHING. My favourite part of this place is that there is private parking (for a daily fee), washing machine and dryer in your room and a very comfortable bed. The only thing I hated was the TV channels. There was limited channels so I just used the chrome cast.

Great location, easy quick access to the auckland hospital, museum, public transport. 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable and was nice that it had a bath, laundry and two bathrooms for those with families but it was not very well cleaned. Someone elses hair was found sitting on towels and window sills. I moved one of the arm chairs into a different place and there was old food and stains on the carpet and stuff on the floor where the chair had been - which is likely the reason behind the multiple other visitors that came out during the night (cockroaches). Toilet flush in ensuite bathroom broken - stuck down when tried using it. The check in person in the afternoon was lovely and friendly, the morning check out person was quite rude and abrupt, my husband asked if he could leave the car in the hotel parking for a short period so he could go to a nearby store and was rudely snapped at and told other guests checking in would need to use it (check in not till 2pm - check out 10am) nor did they care about the state of the room when he tried to mention it to her as he was leaving. Value for money, it would be fantastic if the room was properly cleaned and the morning check out person wasn't so rude and obnoxious and willing to listen to what guests have to say.
