Beautiful hotel room, nice and clean and great view. Absolute trash for parking. Any vehicle bigger then a mini and your in trouble. And the surprise 300 deposit once you get your key even though you reserve online is a shock to the system.

From the moment we were warmly welcomed at reception, to receiving a call after we'd checked out to inform us we'd left a jacket behind, the service here was faultless. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location is just perfect. Close to the botanical gardens, and just a short walk (and an even shorter tram ride) to the city and beyond. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was really good and close to everything. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable and cozy. It has everything that you need for basic cooking. We would definitely go back and stay at this place. 😊

My husband and I had the most enjoyable time at Quest on Dorcas. Very quiet with green views across the park, but still only a quick 1klm walk to Flinders Street station through the arts district ( trams located only a block away). The staff were amazing! They were very kind and accommodating. We cannot recommend quest enough and know we will be back. P.s, staff deserve a mega Christmas bonus. Could not rate them higher!

I recently stayed at Quest on Dorcas for 40 nights due to construction near my apartment, and I couldn't have asked for a better temporary home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at ease. The cozy ambiance of the place instantly put me at ease, and I found it to be a perfect retreat during my time away from home. The rooms were well-appointed, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was impressive. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the incredible staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist were truly remarkable. I genuinely felt cared for and appreciated as a guest. I can't emphasise enough how exceptional the service was. Every interaction left a positive impression, and I sincerely wish I could give 1000 stars instead of just 5. The dedication and friendliness of the staff at Quest on Dorcas truly made my stay unforgettable. If the need arises again, I will undoubtedly choose Quest on Dorcas without hesitation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with outstanding service that goes above and beyond expectations. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
