        Stayed here on several occasions. It would be nice if they have the same sofa-config (one sofa instead of 2 armchairs side by side as 2 armschairs not really comfortable) and washing machine/dryer for every unit. Location is excellent if you rely on public transportation. Supermarkets are close by, with one being on the opposite of the hotel. Staff - reception and housekeeping - are friendly. Housekeeping came every day I was there. Cooking utensils and stove work well, which was great to have after arriving from a long flight. TV support YouTube and other apps which made my stay even more pleasant. Noise is to be expected considering the location of the hotel.

        Quite close to the Britomart Station, ideal to the local shops after 5mins walk. Had to put it as 3 stars because it's just the little bits like the AC was making noise every few often after I had it turn up, the teaspoon I picked up was sticky, the painting on the wall was crooked and the last part was the worse one. I almost hurt my foot walking until I looked closer near the table, I found... A piece of wire cable wedged into the carpet.. Took it out but I forgot to tell the receptionist about it (left on the kitchen bench). Service is great! Was really supportive of me and helping to get round after hours to 9th Floor.

        The location is very good. Rooms are very tired, cold and noisy. If you arrive late - you are likely to have to step over the homeless people who sleep in the doorways all around the hotel entrance. Only positive is the staff who seem extremely friendly.

        Great location apartment in the heart of Auckland CBD. Photos online makes the space look a lot nicer than what you pay for. It was dated, bad touch ups on the walls, and overall had an average interior. The room also smelt bad, no amount of airing helped for our stay over 2 nights. Bed comfortable. Staff very helpful, kindly allowed a earlier check in.
