        Stayed here for the New Year with my family. Even on the top floor, you could hear the street noise and the other hotel's countdown party but it was manageable. Room service at night and early morning was fast considering the hotel was fully booked for the holidays. The kitchen and restaurant team did great! Thank you Seira and Joyce for the smooth transaction from booking the room to checking in & out. I would definitely come back this year with my family.

        I have to admit that I was disappointed. We rented a one bedroom unit for one night. First the positives. Very clean, comfortable king size bed, fairly quiet considering you are in the middle of the city. I think it helps being on the 20th floor. Negatives. The place just had a "feel", just a feeling of "blah, is that all there is. What am I paying for"? There were a number of small stuff that just added to a sense of frustration. No early checking, it had to be after 3pm. The phone did not work. There were no little extras you expect like coffee, tea, cream, sugar, etc. The tiling in the bath was poorly done. There was a small kitchen and service for four, but no cleaning supplies at all. There were two bath towels, no hand towels, no wash clothes. The kettle to boil water and the clothes iron had Asia type two round pin plug-in. But there was NO ADAPTER to plug them in. It was all these little things that just added up to make it a subpar rental.

        Our accommodation was located on the 22nd floor and was constantly disrupted by the incessant noise from the street. The sounds of car horns echoed throughout the day and night. On one occasion, even karaoke music managed to permeate our room late into the night. Additionally, the bedroom window lacked a latch, making it impossible to securely close and further exacerbating the noise issue. This issue even extended to the bathroom, where sounds could be heard through the exhaust vent. The room's curtains were disappointingly thin and failed to block the morning light effectively, leaving our bedroom bathed in sunlight as early as 6am. This, combined with the noise issues, greatly hindered our quality of sleep, despite using earplugs and eye shades. The room's furniture was quite dated, with noticeable wear and tear on the sofa. The provision of bath linens was sparse, only offering two regular towels until we specifically requested washcloths. Any semblance of luxury was absent in this room; it was a space built solely for functionality. The air conditioning unit in the main room was noticeably loud, making a moaning sound reminiscent of old machinery. The kitchen was under-equipped and lacked basic supplies, such as soap, a sponge, oven mitt, and cooking essentials like salt and pepper. The Teflon pan provided was significantly scraped and worn. Anyone looking to make use of the kitchen would need to purchase all necessary items to make it workable – hardly a deal for short-term stays. The hotel's restaurant left much to be desired. The pizza had a pathetic crust, the sweets were poorly prepared, and the general food quality was disappointing. On the bright side, the staff were generally helpful and willing to assist when needed. However, considering the overall experience, the cost of the stay felt three times more than its actual worth. In conclusion, we were relieved that our stay wasn't extended. If you're reading this review, it's worth noting that the hotel is adequate for a basic stay but don't expect luxury or quietude. If you're willing to compromise on space, you'd likely find better value and comfort in a different hotel. We were definitely glad to leave and move on.

        The suites are spacious and have everything you need. Plenty of buffet options for food. Convenient location, with Ayala Center nearby. Wifi is fast but can get lost in certain floors. Very helpful and nice staff. Rooms aren’t cleaned every day but can be if asked, no problem. I would stay again for future stays in Cebu in a suite.

        Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We spent 2 nights and i must say that everything was excellent. Especially for the room, it is surprisingly comfortable. Most comfortable beds ever. Very responsive staff (Housekeeping, IT, Engineering and F&B Dept.) with regards to our request. Breakfast was wonderful and they had a wide selection of food. Great staff!!! Very accommodating! I will surely come back and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Amazing service! 💯 Keep it up!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
