This is by far the best Quest we have stayed at in Australia. The hotel is well located and the staff is very nice and helpful. The room is very well appointed, very clean and the kitchenette is very well equipped. The cleaning team makes the room perfect every day and doesn't miss the little details which we really liked. We would definitely recommend it and can't wait to come back!

This property is fantastic value. One of the best properties I have stayed in anywhere in Australia. Clean, modern, friendly, comfortable, great air con, quiet and handy location. Will become my regular for future business trips. Anyone that doesn’t give this property at least 4 stars is probably a crazy person as you can see the number of 4 & 5 stars far outweigh the others. Well done team.

During our stay at Quest st Kilda, our daughter's foot was hurt on 25 Dec 2023 in the morning at unit 113A, by a metal pin left on the carpet before we checked in on 24 Dec's evening. We didn't know the pin was on the carpet (near bedroom's curtain) until our daughter stepped onto it and started crying immediately after. The staff apparently didn't pick it up and remove it before we checked in, looking like a negligence incident, which led to our daughter's injury. We were shocked by this unacceptably inadequate preparation of our stay that led to the injury of our daughter. We had to monitor her injury and we were unable to bring our daughter for beaches or swimming due to concerns for infection. It left quite a bad memory on our daughter about this trip. We were expecting a good holiday but this incident has happened instead. We were very unsatisfied that such a preventable injury happened due to the inadequate preparation of the apartment before we checked in. We have also found that there are other objects remain uncleaned on the carpet and many issues around items not working, including a broken clock, a broken safe, and a sometimes malfunctioning AC. Get prepared for many unsatisfying factors if you are going to stay at Quest St Kilda Road, including getting yourself and / or your loved ones hurt. We will never come back again.

It's a fairly good experience in the Quest St Kilda hotel. It's clean and comfortable, and all staff were nice, friendly, and polite. During my stay, the washing machine was shut down, the staff was helpful, although they couldn't fix it. So I highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
