Recently stayed. Rooms are good. Location is very good. Basement parking available. Rooms and neat and clean. However little old stuffs. Service is good. Washrooms are small . Bedrooms are big and sufficient. Supermarket and restaurants are nearby. Rates are reasonable.

Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic rooms with the most rude, unprofessional, and arrogant staff i have ever seen. Not worth paying even a single halala for. The furniture wasnt cleaned, some was broken, the besdheets had stains on them, the comforters had hair on them and stains too. We asked for 2 extra towels since we’re a family of 6 and were only provided with 2. Upon asking, we were told 2 would be the maximum. As someone who has travelled to various countries and cities, this has never been the case ANYWHERE. The only good thing about this entire place is the lobby. It would be better to sleep in your car than even think about spending a moment in here. Along with the trash service we were made to pay 745 riyals fir once night, an absolute scam.

Bad , When I am travelling, I write down in brief all points about a particular hotel which I will later share on TA - if you see some of my reviews, I even give the names of the staff members who were good and bad! There are lots and lots of reviews here about hotels which simply say - ' we booked here last minute over the new year holidays and this hotel suited our purpose for the price we paid', and we will return next time' Now the above 200 character review says nothing about location of hotel, staff, rooms, wifi, breakfast, transport options near the hotel etc. If you see the 'top contributors' they all have more than 50 reviews, and 75% of these reviews are barely 3 or 4 lines. Not enough at all.. Like exterior corridors says - what's the point then of posting your review?

Electricity went down for the whole building, internet connection is slow, the incharge on reception were missing for more than one hour and waited for him just to get the receipt, bathroom shower is damaged and had to call them to fix before we can take a shower. Room is not that clean. Hotel as overall needs to be improve d and it's not worth the price compare to what we experience throughout 3 days stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
