Nice clean room, although room size is only 13m square, still can accommodate 2 adult with 2 big and 2 small luggage. There isn't much service here as most of the stuff is automated or self service. Location of this hotel is very good as there are quite a number of nice eatery around amd near train station.

Rooms are small and a bit of a human chess game if not occupying it by yourself. Space barely enough for 2 large sized luggages. One under the desk and one in between the main and toilet door works. Toilets are clean. Won’t say spotless as our seats looked a little yellowed. Anyone taller than 170 might just fit in there and have the shower reach the top of your head. Anyone else will have to bend the knees. Location was good. With the train entrance just a short walk outside. Breakfast was okay. With egg mayo and toast as options. No fruit though. Had to hunt high and low for some in the near by supermarkets like Isetan.

This hotel is quite nice and is located near a subway station. The rooms are quite small but decently sized compared to other hotel rooms in Tokyo. The hotel is clean but does not have any amenities. The front staff are friendly but not very knowledgeable about restaurants or other things near the hotel.

The hotel is located in a very good location. Within walking distance to 2 train stations and 5 mins walk to the shopping malls in Ginza. There's a family mart and lawsons just 2 min walk away and many restaurants in the area. Only downside is that the room is small so it's difficult to fit 2 luggages. If they could remove a huge chair in the room, that would free up some space.

I booked two nights at this hotel, which is affordable and centrally located in Higashi-Ginza station. The check-in process was fast, and it took less than a minute to get our hotel cards and room. I highly recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Tokyo and want to be close to a lot of cool stuff around Ginza. The central train station is around the corner from the hotel, so it is hassle-free to get around the city. P.S. the rooms are tiny so if you’re traveling in groups might want to do 2 people per room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
