Highly recommend!! We stayed here for 2 nights whilst in hoi ann and I couldn’t recommend it enough! The room was really big, had YouTube on the telly, beds were really comfortable and has hot water. Shoutout to the host who was so lovely! She was really welcoming and kind, she helped us with recommendations, booking our bus and letting us use her bikes for free, I’d come back again just for her.

Best value for money. Walkable, 10-15 minutes to the Ancient Town of Hoi An. Quiet environment at night. Might need to request for lower ground rooms if you have elderly as there is no lift. Has a nice swimming pool to cool off the heat. The owner was friendly and had her own tailor shop with discounts so you can order some customized suits and dresses from her.

Had an amazing time staying here. The room was really clean and the staff were lovely. We have a lovely room with a balcony. The laundry came back so fast and you could rent bikes for free. It was in a great location.

One of the best values for price I've had in Vietnam. Cheap but modern, spacious, and clean room. The service is worth a 4-stars hotel with new bottles of water and towels every morning. On top of that, the owner was such a kind person, always paying attention to our well-being. She also offers a number of services at a very attractive price, like tour guide, motorbike and transport. We used to avoid taking hotel's services as they are most of the time more expensive, but their taxi to the airport was 25% cheaper than Grab, and their motorbike at the same price as the one we found around. Not convinced? They also offered free bicycles to go around the city! Highly recommended!!

Great place to stay while in HoiAn. The owners are very nice and like to help you whenever you have a question. You can take a bike for free, which is great if you want to go to the beach or ride through the rice fields. The rooms are tidy and nicely decorated. I also ordered two custom shirts and am very happy with how they turned out. Can definetly recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
