We booked a double room with shared bathroom. We were on the second floor. The room was big enough and the bed and the sheets were clean. The room however was quite dark and one of the lights didn’t work properly. One wall was very damp and you could see the paint bubbling from the moisture. The shared bathroom was fine, as fine as shared bathrooms can be. The staff were friendly on check in. If you need any of the ammenities listed in your booking, more than likely these won’t be in the room but instead you have to go down and request at reception. Location is good and easy to walk to where the energy is. Have to scan a fob to get in the front door so we did feel relatively safe but used all the locks provided on the room door aswell. Great cafe called Play Cafe round the corner. Overall, fine for a 1 night stay but probably wouldn’t have enjoyed a second night.

Really great stay here! Right across the street from the bus station was a great perk. Super close to a couple night markets, food, and some other nice shopping locations. We definitely recommend and would stay here again. Clean beds, nice staff and they will wash your laundry and fold it for a fee of 70 baht for wash and 70 baht for drying.

A 5* is too little for this cute cozy comfy hostel... Situated just besides the Phuket Bus Terminal 1, this place is just a gem... Cleanliness is top notch, rooms are very spacious and you even get towels and water. We paid like Ɓ480 for one night (as we missed our bus) and it was definitely a blessing in disguise. Bathrooms and shower rooms are separated from the rooms, but they are still very very clean. Definitely recommend, whether you are staying long term in Phuket or for a short period.

Perfect location when getting into Phuket late as it’s directly opposite terminal 1 bus stop. Staff on site 24/7, room clean and a/c fantastic!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
