Not a stay I would recommend. First we get a room with a HUGE ventilation system just above our terrace so we didn’t sleep the first night, due to the noice. No other rooms were apparently available. What a way to start vacation.. We get a new room, but it is noisy, the doors are heavy, so we wake up everytime the neighbours are closing their doors. Food is simply not good. Neither breakfeast (we paid for but started to skip now as its bad), room service food and at the Beach from Wane also bad quality. The staff is OK at the hotel, but not close to service like marriott or Hilton just to compare. Cleaning is good, gym is small but good, hair dresser was amazing. Good coffee and bakery at the reception (would be nice if this was breakfast and it is cheaper than we we paid, so now we pay double - however super bad service you are not allowed to bring the good coffee to the beach area) When we brought our problems to the receptions they always came back with an answer for justifying and not a solution. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to a friend.

Awful customer service. I don’t know if their staff has had proper hospitality training or if they just hired any random people on the street. They refuse to resolve issues, clearly ignore my phone calls, and have been extremely unhelpful when I requested for early check-in for a special occasion. If it was a long stay, I would have been more understanding. But nope, no help whatsoever. So not only did they cause me extreme distress and anxiety on my special occasion, they completely ruined my stay. Never reserving a room here again.

Our expectations for this hotel were much higher. The rooms were ok, nothing special. The bathroom was disappointing, the water flow in the shower was not strong enough, there was no door in a bathroom. The breakfast is not of a 4 star hotel. Food choice is limited and it is the same every day. The coffee is disgusting. Also the service during breakfast is very slow. The beach in front of the hotel is pretty busy, you need to come early morning to get a sun bed. Also the sun beds a placed very close to each other. During the night the music is very loud outside and it plays till 2 -3 am. So it is impossible to sleep.

Great location as one of the first to the entrance of west beach. The decor overall is lovely throughout the hotel however the bathroom not having a door was off putting. Service was amazing even with requests like fixing a squeaky suitcase! Loved the link with Wane private Beach Club and plenty of sunbeds. Word of warning this was very much a “party hotel” with Friday and Saturday pool parties playing incredibly loud music and a lot of people coming in and out of hotel. Not what we personally expected and would consider another hotel if this is something not prepared to withstand

For 600€ per night at least you expect a closet in your room and a hanger for the towels. They don’t serve alcohol on the beach and inside. Spa is not included, which we found out when we arrived. All and all the staff was nice but the hotel is overpriced for the experience it provides.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
