Loved the stay! Beautiful hotel, safe private parking, the area around the hotel looks very nice! The hotel is dog friendly, the dog can even go with you to the breakfast and our dog loved the stay. We got upgraded to a corner superior room that was very beautiful and spacious with a very big bathroom. The beds are very comfy! The breakfast is delicious and full of choice!

The room is very average, didn't like the outside grid/cage. Tv with basic channels, no sports/movie channels, weird for a 4 stars hotel, a good subscription won't cost them a lot, this show a lack of investment. Breakfast: Very bad and very expensive, no choice , same everyday. The hotel is clean and the location is not bad...it's my second visit, I have to come to bordeaux every month for 3 days, it is my second time in this hotel but i will change next time

I’m staying here for a few nights and it’s an unfortunately soulless hotel. Sparse rooms with furniture that’s pretty basic. The whole place just seems to lack any emotion or effort. The lobby staff are helpful though. The rooftop feels like it’s getting ready for a soft open; not somewhere that is already operating and the staff feel disinterested. The food is poor. Just don’t eat here. It’s not good. Overall there are better options in Bordeaux for everything the place offers. It’s not really worth coming here.

Ok, the hotel is nice. Nice rooms clean good shower. Not sure about the cage like grids in front of the windows but not bad. The roof bar is lovely, when open. Breakfast was good. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Now The restaurant and bar Warm champagne Limited availability of wines Extremely slow service (I understand the shortage, I work in the industry. But this was extreme) Food its OK nothing to sing about. Would not eat there again.🌟 🌟 Maybe just stay in the hotel

Complete disappointment. We came as part of a group meal, booked in advance. The pluses, the decor is neat, the dessert was excellent. Minus: we had to wait 1h20 to get the aperitifs. The staff seemed completely lost and disorganised. The dishes arrived cold, the bill is elevated for the level of service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
