        I recently had the displeasure of staying at Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi and I must say, I was left utterly disappointed. For a supposedly 5-star category hotel, the behavior of the staff was nothing short of irresponsible and disrespectful. From their lackadaisical attitude towards guest complaints to their dismissive responses, it was clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment. Such behavior is simply unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of what should be a top-notch hotel experience. Upon arrival, we were not greeted and there was no welcome drink offered as is customary in most high-end hotels. Instead, we were met with a lacklustre attitude and an insistence on paying extra for every little thing. It felt like they were more interested in squeezing every penny out of us rather than providing exceptional service. Furthermore, cleanliness is one of the main reasons why we choose to stay at a 5-star property. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi. The overall cleanliness standards fell well below our expectations. In conclusion, I would not recommend staying at Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi if you value attentive service, genuine hospitality, and a clean environment. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and questioning the reputation of this supposedly prestigious hotel chain

        Very good hotel and big thanks to Abu Baker the receptionist. He make the checking in very smooth. The room is perfect and clean . The parking is more than perfect . Sure i will book again when i visit Abu Dhabi. I recommend it 👌

        Welcoming starting from take your for parking until check-in nice, staff respectful and friendly, organized and very good location, they make upgrades sometimes to sea view do not miss that it is nice. For breakfast it is nice but could be better by and hopefully all the staff be careful to use gloves all time specially when they refilling coffee machines. For parking the car at the day time no issue but at night make sure someone there or switch off until they come. For Yas beach it is nice but not worthy and some staff need to be more polite.

        Good fare and service ... well presented buffet lunch and enthusiastic staff with genuine smiles. The dim sum dumplings especially the seafood dumplings were superb. Interesting and varied menu - wow 👌 factor on duck salad and the beef stripped salad ... the dessert table was a Wonderland of Delights -♡~PRESENTATION is Everything. Lunch service was great. The servers ran out of steam, forgetting to clear after mains ... the effort from the chefs was magnified and appreciated Well Done 👏 ✔️

        All the staffs here are very helpful. The people at restaurant is great. The concierge is helpful also, especially Mr. Joseph when he helped me checking out with many luggages. Kudos to all the staffs here

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
