It is a very pleasant hotel in a great location. 2 minutes from central station and a gentle stroll to bars, restaurants, and the shopping area. We always stay here when we are in Antwerp

Worst Stay in a Hotel Ever. Bed bugs (see photos below), A Lot of Noise, No Aftercare I booked this hotel with my girlfriend to celebrate 1 year of being together. I didn't expect that: 1. My girlfriend would wake up and be scared to death by bed bugs that were crawling on her body and in bed (see attached photos) 2. Upon arrival a large stain was visible on the bed. 3. There would be an opened bottle of Coke Zero in the refrigerator. 4. Loud noises could be heard from the neighbors (talking and intercourse), the people talking in the hallway, and from the air conditioning that cannot be turned off. 5. There was a bathroom with a broken toilet brush and a water drain that was not good. 6. After calling the hotel and sending multiple emails with these complaints, still no response from the hotel in 2 weeks. Absolutely horrible. If you are reading this, I highly suggest you to look for another place to stay. **Even though the Hotel has responded to this review, they still haven't looked at the matter thoroughly nor have they given any form of compensation for the incovenience.***

Cold panelled floor, small round carpet under an armchair. No slippers or dressing gown to go for a swim to the pool. Cold room. The shower handle sprays water on the side. Broken. Not properly cleaned. Marks from toothpaste and shower gel top left in the shower. Breakfast room impressive. Good selection of food and drinks.

The hotel lacks maintenance, love and care. All the facilities are old and scream for renovation, and breakfasts are mediocre. It is very basic for the price you pay and the four stars that the hotel has. SPA is a joke. We booked this particular hotel willing to stay in the city while going to the swimming pool, but part of the area turned out to be under renovation (where part of the SPA was covered with a thin plastic foil, letting the air from the outside flow). They only have three old lounge sets, which, for the size of the hotel, is unimaginable. And finally, we found someone else's underwear hanging on the lamp and socks in the cabinets.
