It's situated near Heathrow International Airport, approximately 2 miles away from terminal 2 and 3. It is very convenient to take any International flight from this hotel. The employees of this hotel are very active and friendly with their customers. One can get quality and tastier food at moderate price. The rooms are provided with clean beds, hot and cold showers. Provisions are there for making tea or coffee in the room + electric iron for pressing clothes. It is especially good place for international travelers

The hotel reception is beautiful. Lovely dessert in my room when I arrived which was lovely! I was given a complimentary mocktail as I was given the wrong closing time for the spa so I wasn’t able to use the facilities at the time. But it’s okay, I ended up going in the morning after my amazing breakfast! The room was spotless and great tv apps to watch films so at least it wasn’t just free-view channels. I will definitely be staying again! All the staff were very polite :)

The rooms are a bit dated and need more work/tech-focused features (eg charging ports, a decent desk for laptop work) but the gym is well appointed with the latest fitness equipment, the meal service was good and the location is excellent for Heathrow flights. Perhaps most importantly, the staff are friendly, courteous and focused on making their guests happy and content.

I was very impressed with this hotel. I was in a position where I had to book a room at last minute and decided to try this hotel as the price was reasonable at £106 as long as I joined their membership program, which is free. For that price I wasn't expecting anything special, but when I arrive I was gob smacked. The place was incredible. The lobby was huge with marble everywhere and huge chandeliers, there are multiple restaurants and bars, shops and more. The gym and spa were also very nice, I particularly like the spa shower which has multiple options of how you want the water to flow, from tropical rain to light mist. The room was spacious, and well presented.

We stayed for 7 nights. The restaurant staff was rude and had bad attitude towards us because we’re Saudis. As for the rooms it was dusty and clearly was not checked up for a while. We also asked for slippers and a tissue box on the first day and they brought it after 1 hour after I called them twice. We also found a spider hanging on the ceiling of the room and got rid of it ourselves. The reception and concierge staff though are very kind and accommodating and very helpful all thanks to them.
