Amazing hotel! Had a free upgrade which was lovely and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast was great with a large selection and the pool and gym was great too. Hotel was super clean and spacious and had lots of different areas. Definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel in every aspect. Want to specially thank Mrs Dally in the reception, very professional and kind. Upgraded our room for my wife's birthday. We also booked a business lounge access which is wonderful during the whole day along with quality breakfast choices. The gym is big so the pool area. Many superb restaurants in the hotel and the views are inspiring

Good service, good care to the guests. Can find a good number of items for breakfast. Try to get the room in the top floors for an even better view. The videos I posted are from the 4th floor ( 3 Parking + M + 4 Floors ), it's a canal view room. Almost every daily essentials are provided except for the brush and tooth paste, so carry them. Have amenities such as Gym, Spa, Breakfast counter. No need to worry about taxis while you have anywhere to visit, also Radisson is providing Shuttle services to a few places.

I am SO impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend. Excellent customer service: I had to book an extra night last minute and the exchanges over email were fast and the hotel sorted me out with the same room for an extra night. Friendly welcome even at 2am. Someone bought my suitcase up to the room which was lovely. Friendly reception staff. My room was big, clean and cosy. No loud noises. I had wonderful baths! One morning, I was filling out my survey from the hotel as requested via WhatsApp and I made a comment that there was no shampoo or conditioner in my room ,and within minutes someone was at my door offering me toiletries!! I ordered room service one night which was delightful and delicious. Hot breakfast was unbelievable. As a vegan there was a lot of choice including cake! Continental and a la carte options. Variety of world foods, fresh fruit and juices. Even a kids section with plastic bowls and bibs and child friendly food. I was attending an event with work and the conference facilities were great: fabulous food, drinks and service. WiFi worked throughout the hotel. I used the gym in the morning but I was disappointed that the spa and pool didn't open until 9:30/10 respectively. I had to go to work so unfortunately I didn't get to use these facilities. My bath was just as god however. Taxis easily accessible. Only small thing- no shower curtain which meant some water went on the bathroom floor. But otherwise a truly wonderful stay! Thank you to all the staff!!

located at the bank of canal the hotel gives a beautiful view of Dubai Frame from suite room. Burj khalifa can be seen from the pool side. rooms are very good in size and hygiene is well maintained. restaurant serves very limited indian food but tastes good. only issue we faced was in checkin as we requested for early check-in but couldn't get room before 3pm

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
