        Traveled from the US for a conference. Great hotel. Staff was professional and friendly. Front manager Mr. Tony was very accommodating and assisted with resolving a small issue. He is a genuine example of ideal hospitality and customer care and maintains the high standard that may have been lost in some hotels after the pandemic. Thank you, Radisson. I will be back on my next visit.

        The hotel offers family rooms, but ours had a connecting door to an adjacent room which negated any sound insulation. Footsteps, toilet flusing and speaking sounds as if it's happening right next to your bed. We experienced 90 minutes of marital issues from the other room and they must have enjoyed our daughter crying several times during the night. We chose the hotel beacuse of the roomservice since we woud be arriving late, but it wasnt offered on the night of our stay. No information on checkout our restaurant menu was available since the menu on the tv only contained lorem ipsum. A baby bed was provided quickly after checkin but the side was broken. All in all, the hotel looks nice at first glance but our stay was far from enjoyable.

        Radisson blu Frankfurt is a great hotel. The staff are very, very kind and helpful. It gets better every time. They make me feel very welcome. The rooms are perfect and have a great view. I would like to give a shout out to all the staff that work on the reception. They work very hard to make you comfortable and welcome. But I was very impressed that their new trainee Dennis. To say it was his first day, he did a fantastic job. I would never have known. Thank you for all your help Dennis.

        Radisson blu Frankfurt is a great hotel. The staff are very, very kind and helpful. It gets better every time. They make me feel very welcome. The rooms are perfect and have a great view. I would like to give a shout out to all the staff that work on the reception. They work very hard to make you comfortable and welcome. But I was very impressed that their new trainee Dennis. To say it was his first day, he did a fantastic job. I would never have known. Thank you for all your help Dennis.

        Modern business hotel located beside the Messe and easy access to the motorway and airport. However, we were tourists, so had to splurge on a taxi to get to the Old City center in the evening, since there is nothing touristy within walking distance. Excellent breakfast buffet.

        The family room does not include the sofa bed as advertised, so we were "upgraded" to a junior suite, which was smaller, on a lower floor, and did not have a separate living area as advertised. When "upgraded," the keys they have us did not work, and we then had to wait over 30 minutes for the staff to fix them. The toilet ran continuously unless you pushed the flush button several times, and when we asked for maintenance, the manager on duty (blonde woman) just told us to push the button multiple times instead of even attempting to schedule a repair. The towel rack in the bathroom literally fell off the wall, and we were told to just reattach it ourselves every time it happened. The television was impossible to cast to and just decided not to work at all on our last night (turned on but froze). Internet quality was awful. The only employees willing to even try to improve our stay were the new hire who was on his first day and the manager/supervisor (man) who helped us check out. On check out, he was not thrilled to hear about our experience, so he gave us some kind of rewards points for the trouble. The bar/restaurant staff were lovely, and the fries were absolutely amazing. The included breakfast was also very good. If you get a room on the top floors, the view is pretty good, but we got knocked down from 14 to 7 on "upgrade" so lost that benefit. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to any non-business clientele.

          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
