Top hotel very friendly staff. Rooms are very good and at good price Location is top! Housekeeping is very good and honest. Forgot to take my money out of my pants I did for laundry and money was returned without my given tip. Kitchen of the restaurant is very nice for good Turkish food. Love this place will come back and can recommend Ah and the gym is also very nice

The service was horrible and I honestly did not feel respect and kindness from staff and at times I had to call several times for most simple things. Then Why 5 stars? Because the guard at door was always welcoming, smiling, and respectful. The reception should take notes from him (black hair guy at front door). Also your service would be better if you took our luggage upstairs at checkin, and included toothbrush and slippers from beginning. Overall the hotel itself got nice rooms, the sea view od actually a commercial port view.

Great spa facility, Ozman & Muhammad at the gym made my stay more special with extra care and attention especially towards my mother. I have to mention Sakine who was efficient and brilliant at taking care of making sure the rooms was always clean and fresh after a long day in of travelling. All the hotel staff are amazing from the gents on reception and Behar at guest relations. We can’t thank you enough. I look forward to coming back soon.

I arrived to this hotel in middle of November. Beautiful view you can see from your room, exactly sea. Service is good. Restoran service is also normal but choice is limited. I couldn't find even fruit yogurt. In 5 star hotel coudn't find a hairdryer.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
