Hotel is nice. Below are some problems. Staff is kind of rude and don't have hospitality. For instance receptionist will say " can't do anything if water gets wasted, you have to keep tap open for few minutes to get warm water." The receptionist in gym will say "bring your own yoga mat" when you ask her if mats are available. Infrastructure is good but staff really needs to learn something :/

Stayed here for 3 days and the suite room was nice, comfy and clean. The breakfast buffet was superbly nice and the manager also very helpful. The location also good, close to cafes and mall, and also near to the city as well.

Good and big room. Would have given 5 star rating. But I felt that bathroom needs an urgent upgrade as it felt really old, Clean, but old. Service was good and location is also good. The breakfast buffet was really nice. Might stay here again in my next trip.

Planning a flawless event can be stressful, but the Radisson Blu Plaza Avenue and their exceptional supervisor, Rahma, made it a breeze! From the initial inquiry to the final breakdown, Rahma was a true partner, her dedication and passion for the work were truly inspiring. She went beyond the call of duty, even personally assisting with last-minute details. We felt like valued guests, not just event clients. Her infectious enthusiasm and genuine care for our event's success truly made it a memorable experience for everyone involved.

Nice hotel - have spent the last six nights here. Very convenient as on the main road so Ubers and taxis constantly available. Recommend Ubers and refreshing your search every min or two as the prices can drop hugely! Omelette chef was fab and the karak chai (from a machine believe it or not) was right up there!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
