Service at breakfast not good. It is better to decorate cutlery than to offer coffee and tea. We were asked three times whether we hadn't paid for breakfast. Of course, we paid for breakfast when we checked in, which we had to tell three different people about. Rooms are a bit old. Overall, the price/performance ratio doesn't fit. We like staying at Radisson hotels but next time we're in London we'll try a different hotel.

We had a wonderful stay while celebrating my wife’s birthday. Hannah at the reception desk was warm, charming and made two jet lagged travelers feel right at home. Also- I definitely recommend the cappuccinos at breakfast.

The hotel is easy to access and the checkin was fast. Room was clean and like in the pictures. We where staying over the weekend and didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel. The area is quite and easy to access by metro, uber and taxi. We mainly used the metro. The lobby is nice and the hotel is as described and shown in the picture. All in all value for price is good.

Amazing hotel ! We had such a lovely stay here, the staff, the food, the service all outstanding ! We were kindly offered an upgrade by Atfar (sorry not sure if I’ve spelt that correctly) What a lovely lady, she truly made us feel so welcomed and gave us such a special stay. We will be back and can’t recommend this hotel enough. Well done to you all for all your hard work, it was all perfect !

Lovely looking hotel from the outside and just as nice in the lounge and reception. Very warm welcome from the staff and very helpful. Our room was a premium room and met all our expectations. A good size, comfortable bed, good view overlooking Bloomsbury Street and all very clean. Great restaurant for an evening meal and breakfast was excellent. Try the smoked salmon on a muffin with wasabi mayonnaise it's delicious.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
