Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel 🏨 liked the interior, amenities, location, staff. The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our stay special. We were given a free room upgrade. The only thing to bear in mind here is the street noise. Hotel is located near by the hospital 🏥 and it was quite lots of sirens at night, ear plugs wille be advisable if you are a sensitive sleeper. Breakfast was nice, the products were fresh, service was on point too. Breakfast buffet has key food options however is not as wide selection as others might be used to. Would stay at this hotel again for sure.

Second stay here. It's very convenient for where I need to be for work. Service and staff brilliant. Rooms are clean. Breakfast service is always great. Not a criticism but some of the rooms could do with a bit of a refresh. Some tired looking carpets and furniture. But reccomend and will stay again. I always sleep here which is most important.

The hotel entrance, hallways, elevators and my room were all quite narrow, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall it seemed to be neatly maintained. The attitude of most staff was blunt and businesslike. It is well located for very easy access to central London by tube, bus and on foot. Reasonable value for the price.

We had a week long stay, and I compiled this list to help other travelers. Overall, the location was a pleasant surprise, right near a Tube stop and not far from the heart of the city's attractions. I would skip the breakfast, it was overpriced and lackluster. We upgraded to a Premium room to have more space and that might have been the game changer. Pros: - Great location, right by Warren St tube station. Only a few stops away from many popular tourist spots - Starbucks right around the corner, plenty of places to eat and coffee shops on Tottenham Court Road - Small rooms - upgraded to Premium with King bed - Hot towel rack - wow! - Long tub for soaking. Not WIDE, but long - Decent water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower - In room climate control, but loud fan - Comfy bed. Could use more than 1 pillow each - Plenty of outlets (4) on the desk - Decent closet space with plenty of hangars provided. Even a suit hanger stand - Bath sheet sized towels - Bright lighting everywhere - Generous working desk Cons: - Window faced the other side of the building (I think?) so not really private if someone is looking out their window - No reading lamp style light by the beds, just one overhead that was bright - There was some kind of sizzling sound from the bathroom ceiling like steam in a pipe or something. Closed the bath door to mute it a bit while we slept - Not much room at all in bathroom for products, ie no counter space. Only the shelf like space near the towel rack plus a knob with notch to hang a toiletry bag - Big step down from within the tub/shower to the floor, make note if you have accessibility needs - No bar soap, have to use the liquid provided or bring your own. Currently Tea Rose scent - No drawer space for clothes, just a shelf cubby above the closet rod - No real space for a butterfly style suitcase - have to put on floor in front of closet or desk - Our room was near the elevator. While we did not have any street noise, we heard everything in the hallway - conversations, doors, etc - No clock on the nightstand, only the display on the phone which is on the desk - Breakfast expensive - 28 pounds if bought on demand! Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash brown chunk (prob frozen), cheese and focaccia bread, baked beans. Several cereals and different milks. Mixed Fruit. Bite sized croissants plain and chocolate. Juices, coffee and tea.

Pleasant stay, check-in was quick and easy and staff were accommodating to give me the room I wanted. Was lacking character. Nevertheless, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable. My only complaint would be there was no amenities.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
