        Romantic hotel, cosy rooms, quiet, dimmed lighting in room, special mention for mattress, very comfortable. Staff very friendly and within walking distance to many museums. Great park nearby. Little cafe around corner amazing coffees. Spa available. Gym not far. Only negative point is the room was very warm but luckily we could open the window. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

        It was my second visit to the hotel, last time being over 5 years ago. I went with a friend and we split a room with twin beds. Its a small, clean and cozy hotel; giving boutique hotel vibes even though it is under the Radisson label. Its very central yet hidden on a quiet street. It feels a bit low on staff, I feel bad for the hotel managers often manning the desks on their own. One key drawback or miscalculation is that the spa amenities (jacuzzi and steam room) in the basement are not included anymore. It was a bit of a shock as 5 years prior it was all part of the hotel and it is the reason we booked this hotel now. Nevertheless, I have to commend and thank Francisco - the hotel manager that made our stay special by letting us check out the spa facilities one day and just being very helpful about our room and any questions we had about the hotel or the city.

        Tried to book the hotel for 6 nights via the radisson site. After completing the booking received an email from the staff to provide the credit card details to complete the booking otherwise the booking would be cancelled after 48 hours. It was strange since I was not prompted to do so during the booking, but I provided the details in the email. After the 48 hours have passed I sent a reminder email to ask if the booking was now guaranteed as I have not received any reply to my first email. The next day I receive an email from the hotel staff on top of the 2 emails that I have sent notifying me that I have not provided the details and my booking is now cancelled. This was followed by a cancellation email from the radisson booking system. Which I find ridiculous. Long story short, if you want to book the hotel avoid any interaction with the radisson site and the backroom staff.

        Had a breakfast meeting here. The breakfast was very good and the service even better. Cleaners tip toed around us apologising for inconvenience. Perfect position to explore Madrid centre.

        Probably a first for me - No complaints at all. Staff helpful and charming, room wax spacious with lots of storage space. Water and coffee included. Great breakfast. Great location.
