The hotel provides an exceptional experience, both in terms of its location and the quality of service. Ideally situated, the establishment enjoys a strategic location, providing easy access to local attractions. The service is impeccable, combining professionalism and courtesy. The quality of the rooms is remarkable, offering luxurious comfort and a welcoming ambiance. The room service stands out for its efficiency and the variety of options offered, adding a touch of refinement to the overall experience. I would like to particularly highlight the excellent service of Mr. Souhail, the dedicated server who took care of us. His attention to detail and kindness contributed to making our stay memorable. A big thank you to him and the entire team for this unforgettable experience.

Nice hotel in a very central location close to airport and other attractions in the city. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly. Things to watch out for: 1) The final hotel charges would include a tourism tax and a city tax that is calculated for each adult. 2) Taxis are very economic and the door staff can hail them for you.

Fantastic visit to this hotel last weekend. Modern hotel with decent gym and a pool too. Great location too, about 20-25 mins walk from the Medina and also situated above a modern local shopping mall for bits and pieces! Friendly staff, great service and food and drink selection, the breakfast buffet goes on for ever. Can also arrange airport transfers for you for around £20 each way in decent cars which seems pretty good to me. Recommended and will definitely be back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
