        LOCATION The hotel is relatively far from the city centre if you do not have a car. However, you can get the T9 or T12 trams, which are lovely and take you through most of Milan. It’s a relaxing way to travel. HOTEL Beautiful interior. Staff are extremely pleasant, polite, and helpful. Super attentive to compensate for inconveniences caused by my visit to the spa. Also very accommodating to an early check-in free of charge (subject to clean rooms being available) and use of the spa, pool, and gym facilities post-12pm check out (as I don’t leave for the airport until 4pm). BEDROOMS Very spacious, modern, and clean. The bed was everything I expected after backpacking through the coast of Italy for a week. I had a peaceful night sleep, undisturbed. However, the TV in room 306 is slightly damaged on the top left hand corner (darker image compared to the rest of the TV). BREAKFAST I was offered a complimentary buffet breakfast as a result of the spa inconvenience. Breakfast was scrumptious. You have a buffet and a choice of one cooked hot dish by the chef. The omelette was delicious. Buffet was very varied. SPA The spa (two saunas only) is not in the same location as the pool. I went to the pool at 9-10pm to find children and babies in the pool with a lot of noise and people playing ball games. Not the most relaxing way to end the evening. Maybe implement a child-free schedule(?) It was a little clear that the spa had not been attended to by staff. There was a lack of clean towels available and the dirty pile overflowing in the deposit basket. Other guests are quite inconsiderate with the use of the facilities. I found the changing rooms with a smashed bottle on the floor and the spa itself with empty glass and cans, half eaten food, and towels on the floor along with excess water. It took a little while for it to be cleaned up. All this being said, I attended the facilities this morning, where I will spend the remainder of my day before my flight and all my concerns had been addressed. OVERALL Would recommend for the comfort and relaxation. However, maybe not for a spa break.

        The hotel and its staff were amazing. Marco checked us in and gave us a free upgrade along with recommendations on restaurants and places to go in lake Como. The room was very spacious with a beautiful street view. Room service was efficient and quick. The restaurant downstairs has a big option of different foods and the pasta is very fresh and delicious. Breakfast was delicious as well with a lot of different food options. The only down side is the hotel is about a 20 min drive from the city so you can either catch the tram or take a taxi which is not too expensive to catch. I’d recommend this hotel.

        Great hotel! Room was spacious and confortable, team members are all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with local cheese! Tramway 12 is very easy to catch just 2 minutes walking from the hotel and direct to the city center. I highly recommend this place for professional or personal stay.

        Four bad nights Not what we were expecting staying at a Radisson! Definitely not up to standard. I would be generous and rate it 3 stars For 4 stars at this price we had hoped for a comfortable hotel with good beds, decent air-conditioning and working elevators. We had 3 rooms, eventually 4 rooms after having to move to a different rooms because our room smelled of sewage and we could not cool it down. They did upgrade me and told me that they took the room out of commission. But all of our rooms had problems. The big problem was the air conditioner in all 4 rooms. Even the maintenance guy showed me with the thermometer, it was only showing it blowing 18c. That is not cool enough to be productive. It took 2 days to get our rooms cool. It took 6 hours for the rooms to cool 1 degree. No one slept well. The front desk told me it was a maintenance issue. We were told several times they were resetting the system. Next we all had problems controlling the water temperature in the showers. Crazy hot, then cold and back again. Not fun. The beds were hard. Pillows soft as to be almost nothing, like fluffed air. Not the cleanest, even the soap pump was caked in old soap. We felt stuck, since I prepaid they couldn't do much. The hallway and elevator were very warm. Only 2 of the elevators work, it's a big problem in such a large hotel. Sometimes there was a line for the elevators.
