This hotel exceeds my expectations by a lot! The ocean view is breath taking. The location is not ideal as pointed out by many other reviews, but it is very close to a tram station. The tram is very frequent so it is very convenient to go around town. The service is great! They cleaned our room very professionally. On top of that, upon arrival they gave us a bottle of Champagne and several bottles of still and sparkling water for free.

Thank you guys we had a lovely stay at the hotel. All staff have been helpful and gone above and beyond to facilitate our stay. It was our first time travelling with our baby and all the staff have been lovely. I will update the review if I can find out the ladies name, (long dark hair on the check out desk) I would like to particularly extend my thanks to her, you really made our stay very special. THANK YOU GUYS 5 STARS - incredible location, rooms are brilliant and all staff friendly and accommodating!! Nathan, Shireen and baby Sadie.

Great hotel, excellent location, right in the front of the beach. Gym can be better, but they have a sauna. Rooftop bar has a nice view. Breakfast has everything you need! Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Caroline, who I came to realize that she will be leaving end of August... Will definitely come back, keep up the good work!

The hotel is perfect, may be the best choice in Nice. It’s near to airport, but the rooms are soundproof. The breakfast is great. The beach is private and it is in front of the hotel also with great food and drinks. The restaurant is on the roof of the hotel with amazing view and nice food and service too. The restaurant for breakfast is on the ground floor. You can make reservations for sunbeds on the beach and for restaurant online. I recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with great location. The service is professional and kind. The rooms have great views and balconies. Awesome new comfy beds. Also the breakfast and the food is tasty. Amazing views from the rooftop bar and restaurant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
