The hotel is located nearby several shops and places. The staff was very kind and helpful. There were a few issues but the staff was prompt about helping me get them resolved! Breakfast had a nice arrangement of fresh fruits and vegetables plus some Georgian dishes. There are two restaurants in the hotel and a coffee shop (also had food and alcohol with a nice view) within walking distance of the entrance.

its the best hotel in city center. I had tourists there and they were very happy with hotel service, rooms with panoramic view, reception and hotel staff. they enjoyed pool on top floor.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
