        Rooms are old. Need lots of renovation. The wood floors keeps making noise when we walked on it. Rooms not ready when we arrived. neither towels available in my room. My jet washer is not working. Water pressure quite low. Internet super LOW. Breakfast quality options are poor. The coffee is terrible. Staff need to be calm, polite and relax. I love my housekeeping. She is super nice and friendly.

        Rooms are very dark. Location is great. Breakfast is not bad either, have Indian and continental food options. Staff is friendly and nice. We had an early flight and they gave us a huge breakfast box to go…you have to ask for this and let them know your preferences.

        The breakfast buffet offered was undeniably very good. However, we encountered a distressing situation when cockroaches appeared in the toilet room during the middle of the night. Additionally, the shower drain clogged twice, resulting in an unpleasant odor and water overflow. Furthermore, our interactions with the operator were disappointing, as she displayed impoliteness and a lack of professionalism. She informed us that if we moved to another room, we would not be able to retain the same room we were initially upgraded to due to payment discrepancies. Upon moving to the second room, we encountered further issues which we did not intentionally wanted to address. But the water in the bathtub appeared to be discolored, with a greenish-yellow tint and showed it to the Receptionist. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as we noticed a distinct dusty smell upon entering. We were offered a third room to utilize the bathtub for the best solution. In summary, while our overall experience at your hotel had its positive aspects, it falls short of what one would expect from a 5-star establishment. The issues we encountered, particularly in the first two rooms, significantly detracted from the quality of our stay. I hope you take this feedback constructively to make improvements and provide a more consistent and exceptional guest experience in the future.

        Stayed here for one night in transit for a work trip, first time staying in this hotel and could not fault the staff or the facilities. The room was spacious and top notch and a nice view of the city. The buffet breakfast was comprehensive to say the least with usual breakfast choices mixed in with Japanese, Chinese and Indian dishes amongst others. It is in a great location, close to large malls, quite a few convenience stores and sky rail service. Strongly recommend this hotel whether for work or leisure, will be recommending it to work for future stays 😊

        I had a wonderful time during my stay at the Radisson Blu hotel. The facilities were impressive, including the lovely pool and well-equipped fitness room.           It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
