Great location and our family enjoyed staying here. The staff worked really hard to help us and took good care of my family. Food was good and affordable. My children had fun at the kids club. I can’t wait to go back. It’s a place that will be a very popular destination for tourists in the next 5 years once more people find out about Phu Quoc.

The hotel is clean, neat. Joined the Green HK, I think it’s very nice. The resort is full of guests; breakfast buffet is very busy but they managed to keep our table clean all the time. The buffet line been refilled effectively. I also appreciate the Lunch & Dinner buffet and meal arrangement. Their All-inclusive is attractive 💯

Check in was good, fast and efficient. In Room Dining has lots of options to order. The staff were very kind and polite. The lobby smell good; I think it caused of the beautiful flower decorate in the lobby. Pastry corner was outstanding, the Chef baking direct from the oven. Which we don’t see it often

Nice decorative resort, the room is clean and the room amenity is very thoughtful. They have little sign on each room items which show lot of attention on detail. The restaurant also very good, the breakfast always full of customer and the FB team always smiling. Their attitude is very good

Stay for 3 nights, the hotel next to Grand world which is beautiful with the water show. The breakfast is generous with lots of choices, lots of coffee machine so we don’t have to line up for our morning coffee which is much better than others hotel nearby. I like their Taco selection at the pool a lots, also Annex and Beach Bar is highlights.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
