Fantastic location, just steps away from the beach, bus station, local shops and restaurants as well as the airport. Staff were friendly and attentive, rooms were very clean and the pool is just amazing. Perfect place to relax or explore the island. We stayed at the end of the seasons when the city was closing down, but that was suitable for us. Definitely recommended for an adult-only, quiet stay to relax and enjoy.

We got offered this beautiful lunch as a wedding gift while we were honeymooning in Santorini. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. And the staff there was so lovely. We also got to enjoy the pool with some drinks. We had an absolute beautiful experience at this venue. Thanks to our friend Paul Agnew.

We were supposed to arrive on 16.10, but because of the war in Israel, our flight was canceled and we had to cancel the hotel. We were so upset but the hotel's customer service was simply amazing, we received an Immediate response, warm answers and they consider us regarding paymen. I haven't visited the hotel yet, but I had to give a positive review for the service and quick response. we will undoubtedly come after the war! Thank you for the thoughtful service. ❤️

Fantastic modern 5 star resort. Half board was great, only dinner on night one was not up to scratch. We complained and the standard of food and service got better and better! We had a Villa with plunge pool which was of a lovely modern design and so private which was valuable as the pool area gets fully crowded early on with only umbrellas for shade. Service in the restaurants and elsewhere was excellent. Air conditioning was more than adequate, so was the noise insulation. Everything was spotless and even the late check out room was impressive! Would stay again.

Really disappointed in our stay. We have been here just over 24hrs and the disappointments just keep on coming. As anyone on holiday we are here to relax, eat good food and be welcomed by friendly staff. For the price of the hotel you would hope that you could relax by the pool with a towel before noon. However this is not the case. I have never written a review in my life but am just so disappointed in the service we have received so far. We have come on holiday to relax by the pool and are told we can’t.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
