        The most welcoming staff, great location. The room was big enough for me and my two kids. We enjoyed the pools and the wonderful breakfast served in the morning. We booked at the beginning of our trip in Oman and decided to book again at the end of our trip. This is now the place we're going to stay when visiting this breathtaking country. I'd like to thank again the staff who were so nice and cared so much specially Paolo. Can't wait to come again.

        I visit Hormuz in Muscat on a regular basis professionally (on average 2 to 3 nights per month). The hotel is nice, with good food and friendly staff. It always feels nice if staff recognise you from previous visits. Areas for improvement in my view: if the occupancy rate of the hotel is high, the overall quality of the service level tends to drop. I’ve also experienced myself the attitude of some staff thinking only on compliance with ‘rules and regulations’ instead of trying to please the customer (example: customer only receives one towel in spa according to procedure. I was denied a second towel by the staff. Only after insisting, I finally received a second towel ). Overall, I would recommend staying in Hormuz Muscat.

        It was a great experience to come and stay in Hormuz Grand Muscat.Especially the cleanliness.It was well maintained and clean. Housekeeping staffs were very courteous and I felt completely at ease during the stay, knowing the housekeeping staff prioritizes hygiene.           It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
