I was very lucky in booking this prestegious hotel, I felt very welcome from the moment we walked in. Definitely 5 ⭐️ service. The location is perfect with a short walk to everything. The staff are exceptional and always welcoming. The rooms are big and modern, bathrooms are another level of luxurious 😍. The hotel has a historic classy feel with very modern rooms. Always will highly recommend a stay here ❤️✨.

Felt very welcome from the moment we walked in. Definitely 5 ⭐️ service. From a welcome drink when we were checking in to a room with a surprise prepared. The location is perfect with a short walk to everything. The staff are exceptional. The rooms are big and had a bed prepared for our daughter at a moment’s notice. The hotel has a historic classy feel with very modern rooms. Can highly recommend a stay here.

Pretty disappointed with our stay here - the AC was broken in our first room and it was very hot. Maintenance wasn’t available so they had to eventually move us to another room (after 4 hours of telling us to wait/not doing anything). They didn’t help with our bags moving and we had to do it ourselves. Major inconvenience and pretty bad service. Besides that, rooms were fine — modern but small. A mixture of old school materials and the building itself is very pretty. Location is good. Close to everything and easy to walk places. Overall - not worth the price. Would stay somewhere else.

We stayed in this hotel and immediately felt at home! The staff was welcoming, super nice and gave us the feeling that we can ask them anything. My wife fell in love with the room and especially the shower! The breakfast was delicious (sit outside in the beautiful garden, it is totally worth it!) and the waitress was great. Nevertheless, we had a flight at 1:45 AM so they gave us the room for free for several hours until the flight! We were so touched by this and really felt that we are part of the Radisson Collection family.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
