        The location& parking your car here while flying out of JFK is perfect. Check-In was so easy & Tanisha was so pleasant & helpful with any questions I had about the free shuttle to the Airport & dinning at the Restaurant. We were very impressed.

        If this place wasn’t so close to JFK for our early morning flight I wouldn’t have stayed here and won’t again. The room and the hotel itself looked nice, but was in a scary area. Driving through the neighborhood on my way to the hotel I instantly knew I made a mistake. Staff was nice. But a big red flag was that there were most definitely people living in the hotel which gives off ghetto vibes all in itself.. They only have valet parking, which is $35 a night. I wasn’t there for even 24 hrs and got charged for two nights, plus my car rental smelled like marijuana when I got in it in the morning. Thankfully I didn’t get charged from the car rental place for the smell. Just pay the extra money to stay somewhere else.

        While I would definitely stay here again the agents working the phone need to get themselves together. I made my reservation through a third party and the hotel claimed they could not find my reservation and it was an entire 3 day debacle of calling both the hotel and the third party I originally booked with back and forth (and on 3way one time) to locate my reservation on the system. They tried to get me to book a second reservation directly with the hotel meaning I’d be paying again for same room and HOPE to get refunded by third party. I refused. Then there was another issue where I booked my room for two people and for some reason it was only for one on the day of reservation. I told them ahead of time my partner would arrive before me as I would be working late and they assured me it would be fine as long as he had the confirmation number. But when my partner arrived they wouldn’t allow him in the room (after a full day of traveling and having multiple heavy bags) even though he had my name and the confirmation number. I had to call wait on hold AT WORK for 10mins while he was standing at front desk and then the call center told me they can’t help me and I had to drag out the solution of transferring my call to the front desk where I gave them his name to be added onto the reservation. Which I was not informed was a requirement the first time. Truly a headache. And easily avoidable one at that. Once we were in the room everything was fine. I did see a spider in the bathroom. Luckily I’m not afraid of them. All the food options where mediocre buffets and expensive. Great affordable room and good views but jeez it should not be this complicated.

        Rion at the front desk went out of his way to help me with a reservation issue I had. The room was new and clean and made our morning flight out of JFK so much easier. I appreciate the secure parking this hotel has. The restaurant was under renovation so we ate dinner and breakfast in the grand ballroom. The food was very good.

        Celesia gave great service at check in. Hair on top of pillows and towels and in between sheets. Didn't feel clean. Lobby under construction, no where to sit and wait for shuttle.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
