Excellent location. Nice big and clean room. But no heating was turned and some issues with air conditioner so it was very cold in the room, and I had to warm it with the hair dryer😁 And the at breakfast it was to busy so I couldn’t take a seat. Overall the hotel is business oriented and suitable for job trips.

Spent 2 nights with my girlfriend. Hotel is in a great location to visit Old town Riga, and the breakfast is very good. BUT. The standard room, that cost over €100 per night was tiny, could hardly move around inside it. The room is certainly not worth the money. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work so I asked for it to be fixed or for a room change. I was denied both of these options and told the problem was "not serious". So me and my girlfriend had 2 great mornings in a tiny, outdated room smelling the bathroom smells and the humidity from the shower! Thanks for the great customer service Radisson!

Very lovely hotel with pleasant rooms, but there is too much noise from the tramways just next to the hotel, even with closed windows (and they run until late !) Otherwise, hotel very nicely and conveniently located in Old town. Good breakfast served early. Hotel gym is a joke. A 2m² room with an old bike and a poor selection of dumbbells. But there is myfitness 700m away from the hotel, so that was my option (running in the Bastejkalna parks could have been an option, but not with so much snow outside)

Friendly and helpful staff. A nice clean room with a kettle, small safe, iron, large fan (no a/c), tv, unfortunately the fridge didn't keep anything cool. Nice breakfast, good location to kick off walking tour of Riga located beside a lovely park. A small gym is available behind reception. Unfortunately they don't serve dinner in the restaurant but there are lots of restaurants only seconds away.

Good location and helpful, friendly staff. Tiny gym and rooms aren't bad but could be improved. Rooms at the rear of the building do not have a good view. The rooms on the front side have a nice view of the park but can hear traffic.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
