We have stayed here for 3 nights! Absolutely love it! Great location, garden across the street, nice breakfast bar and coffee! Friendly staff, nothing negative to say about this place! Clean room, quiet AC, bottle of water provided everyday, affordable price, what else could u ask for?!

I loved the location!!! I loved it had Trams and the Flagstaff station within walking distance. Queen Victoria market is a short walk away from the hotel, around the corner to be specific. The hotel restaurant HQs has a good choice when it comes to breakfast. The staff are really friendly and very accommodating and when above and beyond during my stay, which was a huge plus. The room I ended up staying in after one night was a free upgrade and it was wonderful because it was big with lots of natural light and with a view of the park. Overall it was a great choice for me as a solo traveller. My room got a dusty a bit too fast. Not sure why, and this was the only drawback and it was visible.

Perfect location, clean room and great staff that are always helpful. The only reason I’m not giving this hotel a five-star review is for the showers. You either get a half-door shower or a walk-in shower, which I’m personally not a fan of. While these make sense from an easy-to-clean perspective, they do not pan out well from a user’s point. Water always leaks out of the side of the shower to the floor and leaves a giant puddle for you to clean up after every use. Otherwise, fantastic location with great amenities like a gym, bar, jacuzzi and steam room. If you can get over a poor shower experience, then this will be perfect you.

For the price, this was astonishing. It was comfy, the service and food were great. The staff were all highly hospitable and offered to deliver everything to our rooms making life easy. They even had the option between 5 pillow choices. The location was very good, although not centre city or next to restaurants, a 2 min walk to a free tram station solved everything. The only reasons it wasn’t perfect were small issues that were probably more petty from my POV than an actual issue. But most importantly I cannot say this enough times, the staff are amazing and the bed is heaven on earth. I’d definitely recommend and be back next time.

First time stay on NYE, fantastic location for fireworks. All the staff are just lovely. Room was clean except the toilet hadn’t been flushed, no big deal. Breakfast was great. Already booked for the next NYE…looking forward to it! Thanks Radisson, you’ve gained yourself a new regular.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
