Our journey started as a mess , our credit card did’nt work , but the crew was so understanding and nice. A bit noisy - but it’s absolutely in the center. Understandable. Great Hotel for a great price.

Great hotel. Definitely the top end of three star rating. We stayed at the four star ABBA hotel right next door before and frankly this hotel is nicer, so I’m not sure how those star ratings work. The beds are comfortable (if a little on the firm side for me, but my OH was more than happy). Shower is great with wonderful water pressure. The room was very clean and more than generously-sized with a comfortable working space and good Wi-Fi connection. An Illy espresso machine as well as a kettle come standard with the room as well as plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The staff were all really friendly, welcoming and helpful. I also personally approve or the “room-cleaning done by request” system (just let reception know before 10am if you want the room cleaned) as it is much more environmentally friendly and no annoying “housekeeping” knock when you want a holiday lie-in. The gym is better equipped than most hotel gyms with all equipment maintained and in working order. There is also a lovely garden outside and trendy bar/chill-out area downstairs. Location was good, not far from Ku’damm. And in terms of supermarkets, there is a giant Lidl, Edeka and Rewe all within 5 mins walk if the hotel. It’s also 2 minutes from a Next Bike stand, so if you prefer to cycle, that’s convenient. All in all, highly recommend.

Ideal location for any traveller who wants to stay in Berlin. The room was big, the bed was comfortable and there was no noise. The staff were great, we stashed our backpacks on the last day. I recommend going one street over food food and drinks as there is a wide selection to choose from.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed. Quite old, moldy and dirty bathroom including a bath with a curtain without a dedicated area in the bathroom 😡It looks more like a local 2* hotel than a Radisson group one. Do not stay before it is renovated.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
