As a program member got room upgraded. Enjoyed in a quiet room on a higher floor. Loved water machine on the floor and small perks in the room. I would like to see robes and slippers in the room. Breakfast area is a bit small for the number of guests and personnel becomes a bit nervous in the morning because of it.

I recently stayed for two nights in an amazing room with a terrace. The view of Retiro was incredibly pleasing. The room was spacious and quiet, which I really appreciated. The hotel staff provided excellent tourist advice, and the breakfast was good. Additionally, the availability of a gym was a great bonus. The hotel’s location is also very convenient. Highly recommended!

We were supposed to stay in this hotel from January 26 for two nights but due to illness I had to cancel the stay in Madrid. Contact this hotel well in advance to change the dates BUT no one replied to make the changes possible. We will never stay in this property and will discourage all of our guests to come to this property

This hotel is way too expensive for what it is. They have a great location and… that’s all. Everything else was bad. First they overbook, so they gave me two double room instead of one triple room, warning me 24hours before the check-in. I guess my 3yo must sleep alone in this room? I had no choice but complaining, and they actually gave me a triple room lol. So they had one? Crazy. You’ll find a nightclub right next to the hotel and you can hear loud music the whole night. The staff is kind but for the price paid, you expect more than just kind. There is no basically no service. Not worth at all.

Nice hotel. Only had a short stay. I was en route to malt. Rooms were nice. Good touch having a espresso machine. Good showers in the bathrooms. The bar near reception was nice good prices for Madrid. I'd return again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
