Its my pleasure to write about this hotel as its my 1st time in Riyadh as I must say it’s beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. Service is absolutely wonderful. They have lovely restaurant where you can have your breakfast lunch and buffet dinner. Food quality is very up to standard. It would be great if they have Asian or Indian food option. Daisy one of the staff member who works in the restaurant is very kind lovely person who provides excellent service to the guest. I would recommend people to come and enjoy the stay.

Breakfast was amazing, super variate (several types of freshly cooked dishes, pastry, fresh fruits, good coffee etc.) and staff is very attentive, Kim especially. To conclude delicious dishes and beautiful presentation I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

The rooms are huge and well maintained. The breakfast buffet everyday has amazing variety and good food. The service is impeccable, from receptionists to the restaurant waiters. Special mention to Kim and Jayhan (waitresses) for being attentive and providing a fabulous service. Always a good stay.

Amazing experience! The hotel is unmatched , spacious , beautiful, comfortable, very impressive. Staff very friendly and make sure we had everything we need and more. They always add a special touch. The buffet and selections are absolutely amazing. I never saw so much variety , across all meals ! Everything was presented in a divine way. Stellar job to the chefs and kitchen team! The displays are tremendous and very very creative. We went at New Years Eve and the celebrations were very welcome. There’s definitely things that please everyone. The outdoor and indoor pools are heated which was great as we got to make use of the facilities! Highly recommend this hotel. Our family will definitely be staying here again. Thank you

Amazing service.. very nice location. The lounge is beautifully located on the rooftop with great views of the area around. The service is impeccable and they have a nice menus. The team is lovely Angi, Toni and Raol were very helpful and attentive. We will definitely be back

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
