Location is good, service is good. I would have given it 5 stars but the only down fall is my shower drain was slowly going down when I shower so it causes the water to back up. Bed was comfortable.

The experience at Radisson have been amazing. The staff is courteous & supportive and the area is good too! We were on our honeymoon and they were kind enough to upgrade our room to a Suite which was amazing. It was spacious, clean, and full of amenities. We did ordered food from restaurant which was delicious and plenty. I would visit this property again!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was clean, and the facilities like the gym and swimming pool were well-maintained. The staff were incredibly polite, assisting with every need. The hotel's convenient location near shopping malls, the metro, and restaurants was a plus. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.

Outdated and old and nothing seems to have been upgraded. The construction didn't help as this made going to the pool and gym really weird. The room was ok but my doors wouldn't shut properly. It was near impossible to regulate the hot and cold. You either got super hot or super cold water. Half of the channels don't work on the tv as well. The whole ambiance is not good. Find somewhere else to stay!!

Very good hotel in Bangkok with accessible stores and restaurants. The staff is very polite and helpful. If you are visiting Thailand and Bangkok first time I would recommend this hotel to get a vibe of the city. The restaurant suggestions by the staff were good restaurants which are good to start with before eating street food.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
