Radius hotel 📍The Epitome of Hospitality in the Heart of Tbilisi👌🏻 I recently had the chance of staying at this wonderful hotel located in the center of Tbilisi, at the liberty square. If you're seeking a place that captures the essence of Georgian hospitality and convenience, look no further. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and genuine smile from the attentive staff “Mira”. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of Tbilisi, it offers easy access to iconic landmarks like liberty square, vibrant shopping districts such as direct access to galleria mall from the 4th floor and an abundance of restaurants and cafes. Exploring the city was so easy and quick, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to return to my comfortable and well-appointed room whenever needed. Speaking of the rooms, they are cozy, designed to provide utmost comfort and relaxation. My room overlooked stunning views of the cityscape, adding an extra touch of delight to our stay. No room service in this hotel but u can always order something from the bar. Breakfast - average -🙃 In conclusion, this hotel is an exceptional choice when staying in the heart of Tbilisi. With its a prime location it offers an experience that exceeds expectations. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a super practical stay in this captivating city.

First, let me say that if I travel to Tbilisi again, I will return to this hotel again. The hotel has polite staff. The location of the hotel is excellent and accessible. You can reach most of the sightseeing spots even on foot. The breakfast was good, two types of sausage, two types of cheese, five The type of hot food, which changed two models every day, but the sausage, fried egg and potato were repeated, along with two types of juice, tea, milk and coffee - types of bread and cake are also available for breakfast. The size of the rooms is small and the third person's bed is a travel bed. In the five days we were there, the room was not cleaned one day.

We were initially very skeptical about booking this hotel after reading many many negative comments about it..however we decided to book it via Wego app...there was some problem regarding hotel confirmation but the the hospital front office staff were very helpful and got our room booked. Apart from size of room being slightly smaller the location was perfect...just beside the galleria mall with direct entry into it and within walking distance to main tourist locations and all famous places around. Best thing was breakfast...it was amazing and had all the essentials you would need...enough proteins, various bread ,salads and best thing was oats porridge..and amazing coffee machine. The staff were polite and amazing. Also one major drawback was the water was scalding hot . Apart from that we loved stay in the hotel and can't wait to go back.

Nice, clean hotel but not a 4-star kind. Rooms are too small and lack many things like safe, wardrobe and bathroom accessories. Staff is not too helpful. For example, we could not get ketchup at around 10:30 PM in the hotel which my 4 years old daughter needed to eat her fries with. We asked lounge as well as reception staff (and waited for about half an hour to find a staff in lounge) but they could not help on it. So much so for a late night lounge service in a 4-star hotel. Also surprising was that hotel staff didn’t have any Bandage for a cut my wife got on her hand. The reception staff initially refused having anything but when we questioned about availability of a first-aid kit in a 4-star hotel, they gave only a white gauze bandage which was of no use so we waited till next morning until the mall was open to buy one. The only plus-point is its location as it is connected directly with the mall but when you are on holidays with back-to-back planned itinerary, it is not of much use either. Breakfast was good though they could have put more thoughts in keeping fresh fruits and cappuccino coffee. In all, it is just a place to crash in at night but definitely not a holiday experience place. So, I would rate them 3-star.

Highly recommend!!!! Radius hotel tiblisi is an awesome place right in the middle of the city. Easy accessibility to every where within the country. Ms Mira and Mr Gigi was so professional and they organized the things so well as we didn’t feel that we are away from our home. The hospitality of all the staffs were exceptional. Much appreciated and thanks to the entire team hear at the hotel for making this stay memorable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
