This is a very convenient location located near Termini station in Rome. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. The breakfast was a real treat in the morning. It was a bit loud when we stayed...but it was new year's eve.

Absolutely DO NOT stay at this hotel. We stayed for two nights and after the first and only cleaning service my headphones, that were beside the bed, were gone. We tried to talk to the attendants and they treated like it wasn’t important. At the checkout I tried to talk with them again and they said they couldn’t help me and even insinuated that I had lost the headphone outside the hotel. Ruined our trip and our first time in Rome. Thanks for that.

Generally a priceworthy hotel that we enjoyed a lot. Could use a paintjob and new furniture plus bathroom. Unfortunately, when big school groups had breakfast there was no extra staff to fill the buffet which left it empty for long times. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is in between the main station and the historic center. Neighborhood itself is nothing very special.

Don’t stay here, the hotel’s policy is a scam. They will not refund any money if you make any sort of change. Truly regret booking here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
